DIVLE OBRUK BRYNZA

Obruk brynza, which belongs to the Nomad culture, are produced with milk collected from sheep and goats grown in pastures, in a natural environment. Cheese, tightly stuffed into the skins of lamb and Capricorn, is laid to rest in the Obruk Cave. The obruk brynza in May and June, is removed from the cave, and the construction of the Obruk brynza is completed with all its flavor
